Right Açai Bowl
To make the decoration with the yoghurt, make sure that the consistency of the yoghurt is not too liquid, nor too thick. I use white yoghurt, because it has the best texture.
Use a sac à poche to start the decoration. Fill it with the white yoghurt and start to make a round circle starting from the outside, moving closer to the centre. I usually do 3 circles in total, but you can make more if you feel more confident, or you have more space left in your Bowl.
Use a small pointy knife or a toothpick, and make a cross, trying to be as precise as possible. To conclude your decoration, make an X shape. Once you understand the technique you can add more lines, for a "mandala" effect.
When you add the toppings to your Bowl, be careful and try to put them just on the external sides of your Bowl, for not ruining your "mandala" decoration.
Left Açai Bowl
Fill a saucepan with water until half full. Wait 5 minutes until the water boils. Then lower the heat to low, and put a glass bowl over the saucepan. (Make sure that the glass bowl is not hitting the water, otherwise you risk burning your delicious chocolate).
Add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil to the bowl. Once melted, add 50 g of white chocolate (half chocolate) and mix with a spoon until the chocolate melts.
Finally, decorate your smoothie with chocolate and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
